How much do the classes cost? Can I pay when I come?
Courses consist of 6 classes and cost 60 euros per course (10 euros per class).
If a spot is available, you can join an ongoing course, the price depends on how many of the classes are left when you start.
An invoice is sent by email for payment. You can pay all of it upfront, or you can pay 30 euros twice.
I have twins, how does it work?
If you attend on your own with your babies, you will book one full-price place for your first baby and one half-price place for your second baby.
Do you offer taster sessions?
Please email info@sse.si for more information
What do we need for activities?
All props and activities are provided on-site, and all the props are thoroughly cleaned between classes.
Do I need to bring anything to the classes?
- There are no shoes in the classroom. Wear socks or slippers.
- Change bag with spare nappies, nappy bags, spare clothing and wet wipes.
- A blanket for your baby to lay on.
- A toy or any sort of comfort toy your baby likes to have.
What if I can’t make one of the classes?
Credits and refunds cannot be given for missed sessions. The spot is yours for 6 weeks. You can give your spot to a friend for a session though! Email us at info@sse.si with your friend’s contact details before the class.
Is my baby too young? What age can we start attending?
You can join earlier on a course if you feel you and your baby are ready. Just don’t expect too much from your baby, but be aware that no matter the age, they will benefit. You can also do a younger course if you feel it would suit your baby more. You know your child better than anyone!
Are there toilet/nappy changing/washing facilities?
There is a toilet available.
There is not a nappy changing room available. Parents will be asked to change their baby on their mat. Parents will need to bring their own nappy changing mat, wipes and hand sanitiser to class. Parents will be asked to take away soiled nappies for disposal at home.
Can I bring my older child?
Siblings are unable to attend Baby Sensory sessions.
What if my baby falls asleep?
What happens if my baby nods off during the class? Please rest assured, if your baby dozes off during the session. Studies indicate that babies can retain up to 60% of stimuli while sleeping, meaning they’re still benefiting from stimulation, fostering the formation of new synaptic connections in the brain. You’ll receive ample ideas on how to engage and stimulate your baby to take away with you. As your baby grows, their capacity to stay awake improves until they can comfortably handle an entire class. Moreover, these sessions offer a laid-back setting to connect with other parents, sharing the joys and challenges of parenthood.
