1. What is the price of the summer camp?

The price for our summer camp is €170 per participant. Students enrolled for the 2024–2025 school year receive a discounted price of €160.

2. How can I secure a spot for my child?

To secure a spot, a €50 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due by July 1st.

3. What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations made before June 1st may receive a refund of payments made, minus the deposit, if we can fill the spot. After June 1st, no refunds will be provided except for verifiable medical reasons. Campers who leave after the camp has started are still responsible for the full program fee and are not eligible for any refunds.

4. What if my child has dietary restrictions?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gluten-free diets due to kitchen limitations. Campers with dietary restrictions should bring their food. However, if a student has a nut allergy, nuts will be completely banned from the camp. Some dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advance notice and a recommended food list provided by the parents—please contact us in advance to discuss options.

5. What should campers bring?

Campers should bring mosquito spray, a new tick spray, sunscreen, sturdy sandals, hiking shoes, a cardboard box, a photocopy of their health card, sunglasses, a cap, a raincoat, and a water bottle.

📌 Important: Older tick sprays are less effective. Please ensure your child brings a new bottle.

6. What are the camp hours?

Drop-off begins at 8:00 AM, and pick-up is scheduled for 3:00 PM.

7. Where is the camp located?

The camp is located on the outskirts of the forest, just outside Planina (6230), Slovenia.

8. Can my child bring electronic devices to camp?

Children are not allowed to bring electronic devices to camp. If necessary, parents can contact their child through my phone. No personal phones will be allowed. If needed, a device can be handed to the teacher and will be returned at 3 PM.

9. How can I contact the camp in case of an emergency?

Contact details will be provided to all parents. The teacher will have a mobile phone on hand at all times. Please call only in case of an emergency, as every call disrupts the program.

10. Can my child bring personal items or toys to camp?

Children should only bring essentials. The camp offers a variety of activities, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged toys. However, there is a quiet area at camp, so if your child wants to bring something, I recommend their favourite book (it doesn’t have to be in English).
